We pride ourselves on being one of the Best fisheries in United Kingdom. To help us uphold our reputation and to create the ideal surroundings for our members we have a set of rules that MUST be adhered too.

  1. Never retain fish in sacks or nets  weigh and photograph asap-NEVER TRANSPORT FISH BETWEEN SWIMS (life ban)
  2. Members old and new must observe swim and rule guide in main car park prior to fishing.
  3. Unhooking mats must be adequate to retain 50lb Carp  cradles by Carp Zone are approved contact ACE BAITS 07896805503
  4. No lead core /Safety Zone Leaders/shock leaders (life ban)
  5. No Leaving baited rods unattended under any circumstances (3 month Ban)
  6. NO NUTS/fake corn.
  7. Party mix /Hemp/Groats/Tares/Maples/sweetcorn/ maize/chick peas —  sensible amounts ONLY (bailiffs desecration and only to be purchased from Bevo or Ace Baits)
  8. No mainline under 15lb-No hook link less than 12lb.
  9. A water bottle can retain a swim for one hour only [one bottle only]YOUR NAME MUST BE WRITTEN ON WITH INDELIBLE  PEN  (3 month Ban)
  10. Maximum Stay up to 1st November is  72 Hours [3nights] … 48 Hours off [2 nights]
  11. Time on /off Rule will apply up to 48 Hours (abuse this system and lose your ticket)
  12. From 1st November Maximum stay will increase to full time angling although Angler is required to move after 5 Days to a different swim.
  13. Away from Venue whilst fishing 3 hours only (3 month )
  14. Three rods until 1st November four then after (2 week Ban)
  15. Always take your rubbish home: you are responsible for the rubbish in your swim and the adjacent pathway between the next swims (3 month ban).
  16. Members are to have in their possession a black rubbish sack this is an compulsory requirement.
  17. All members to keep rubbish in vehicles NOT ON TOP OF OR UNDERNEATH (3 month Ban).
  18. No Placing baits with use of marker rod/roach pole under snags (6 month Ban)
  19. Do not fish from any out of bound areas or swims (3 month Ban)
  20. No Drugs, Heavy drinking, shouting or general behavior that will offend the serious angler (3 Month Ban)
  21. No wading or Swimming (6 month Ban).
  22. No reserving swims for fellow anglers (6 month Ban Bailiffs discretion).
  23. Anglers must have in their possession some type of fish antiseptic solution for hook holds/lost scales (2 week Ban).
  24. No using Rowing Boats by pumps (Abuse this rule and lose your ticket)
  25. No bait boats (until 1st November 7am-8:30am 3pm-4:30pm). DO NOT DRIVE YOUR BOAT INTO ANY SWIM WHICH IS BEING FISHED EXCEPT YOUR OWN.
  26. No Fires  (2 month Ban)
  27. No Dogs without bailiffs permission dogs to be tethered in swim aggressive dogs will not be tolerated (2 month Ban)
  28. Anyone found leaving the car park gates open will be excluded from the syndicate for life.
  29. Tubing must be prior to terminal tackle to evaluate the possibility of lost scales.
  30. All rods to be used with alarms.
  31. Any complaints are to be voiced to Don or Myself ( titaltatal and depremental conversations between members will not resolve issues ).
  32. Aggressive or threatening behaviour towards my members will not be tolerated and result in expulsion for life from the Complex.
  33. There is a NOT publicity ban but publicised fish must state from DARENTH BIG LAKE (season Ban).
  34. Toilet block to be left clean and tidy – ONLY USE TOILET PAPER.
